It seems Lil Pump has company when it comes to supporting Donald Trump's bid for reelection.

On Thursday, Lil Wayne tweeted a photo of himself posing with a smile alongside the president. “Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership,” Wayne wrote. “He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. 🤙🏾”

The rapper was referring to the Trump administration's proposed $500 billion package aimed at creating capital, jobs, and opportunities for the Black community. Some critics have accused the plan of being high on promises and low on actual details.

Rappers Lil Pump and 50 Cent previously endorsed Trump because of his tax policy, but the latter changed has apparently changed his mind.

While Ice Cube has not explicitly endorsed Trump, the rapper also recently met with Trump officials about the Platinum Plan.

Many fans of the "Uproar" rapper were not pleased with his announcement. Questlove tweeted, "What have I …what have I….what have I done to deserve this?"

Yvette Nicole Brown reacted to Wayne's tweet, writing, "There’s nothing a white supremacist could offer me that is worth my people or the lives of any other group of people in this country who are suffering."
