Love Is Blind's Jeramey responds to claims he was secretly engaged

Love Is Blind season six contestant Jeramey Lutinski has denied rumours that he had a secret fiancée before joining the reality dating series.
Following his appearance on season six, a woman claimed on social media (via Yahoo News) that she had been engaged to Jeramey and was living with him in the months prior to Love Is Blind.
Jeramey has now come forward to set the record straight, revealing in a post on Instagram that cast and crew were aware of his previous engagement when he signed up.
"So I wanna quickly address the story that's going around about my previous engagement," Jeramey began in the video post.

He went on to reveal that his relationship history had been "well-documented" during filming and that "no one was surprised by this".
Explaining why viewers didn't see the conversations in the episodes, he added: "Unfortunately not all of the footage captured makes it into the final cut. This just happened to not make it in there.
"I had already been out on my own for a number of weeks at that point and I was asked if I would like to have a discussion around it and obviously it ended up leading to the show at some point."
The reality star then went on to clarify that he hadn't been engaged during the application process, saying: "I did not apply for this while I was living with anybody else. I was out living on my own and I didn't seek this out, I actually was reached out to over Instagram."
Jeramey also included a screenshot of a message from a casting director for Love Is Blind in the post suggesting filming had begun in March 2023.

He added in the caption that he had completed the sale of his house that month, writing: "Additionally, yes my home sold a week or two before filming. Listed in October or November, sold in March." Concluding the post, he added: "Not going to give this one any more attention."
Jeramey has featured in the first batch of episodes from Love Is Blind season six as the show headed to Charlotte in North Carolina, forming connections with Sarah Ann and Laura in the pods before ultimately proposing to Laura.
However, their relationship hasn't gone smoothly as Jeramey was later revealed to have met up with Sarah Ann behind Laura's back.
