Love Island fans have a theory about Mike and Leanne and they're not happy
Mike and Leanne are Love Island's official ultimate power couple. Since they coupled up in the first episode, Mike Boateng and Leanne Amaning have become fan faves and they're just getting cuter and cuter.
Yes, they may have wavered briefly when Jess Gale chose Mike during the first recoupling, but fear not as Mike and Leanne quickly rekindled things, with Jess eventually coupling up with Nas.
However, despite Mike and Leanne being literally everyone's favourite couple, fans have noticed they're not getting as much screen time as they deserve and, well, safe to say they're not happy.
After watching Friday night's episode, eagle-eyed fans spotted an adorable moment between Mike and Leanne in the background of the shot, which was cut from properly being shown.
In the clip, Mike can be seen going to literally sweep Leanne off her feet, as he bends down to pick her up. But before we can actually see what happens next, the camera cuts to a shot of the kitchen. WHY, Love Island, why?
The discovery of the clip led the user who posted it to suggest that the cropped shot was evidence of Mike and Leanne not being given enough air time by ITV.

Other fans have quickly taken to Twitter to have their say, with viewers saying that Mike and Leanne have been "robbed" of time on screen.

Some fans have a theory that the reason Mike and Leanne are being given less screen time is to stop them becoming the viewers' favourites so early on in the series. Gotta give the other Islanders a chance, guys!
