Love Island winners reveal "disgusting" villa moments including "frogs in the pool"
Love Island stars Molly Smith and Tom Clare have revealed the "disgusting" villa moments from the series.
The couple triumphed in the recent ITV2 spin-off, with Callum Jones and Jess Gale finishing in second place.
Speaking to Closer, the pair detailed the unhygienic scenes from the series that weren't aired. "Oh the toilets were disgusting," explained Molly.
"We tried to keep them separate — like boys use one toilet, the girls use the other — but the boys would never really listen to us."

She continued: "There were quite a few ants in the kitchen because, if you didn't clean it straight away after using it, which a lot of people didn't, lots of ants would come swarming everywhere."
Molly went on to reveal that her romantic date with Tom didn't exactly go as planned behind the scenes, saying: "You know that chocolate cake from our date, Gee [Georgia Steel] was going to give you a slice of the chocolate cake, but then she ended up making her own dessert, that got swarmed with ants."
The kitchen wasn't the only part of the villa invaded by insects, with Tom adding: "There were loads of frogs in the pool."

Tom recently opened up about his reaction to fans wanting Molly to rekindle her relationship with ex-boyfriend Callum. The two exes appeared on All Stars six months after ending their three-and-a-half-year romance.
"I've come out and I've seen a lot of messages that say Molly and Callum should get back together and it's shit to see, it is shit, but in the villa, there was no sign of it," Tom said in an interview on the Wednesdays podcast.
"If there had been an inkling, if there was flirting, I would have addressed it but there was nothing at all," he added. "I understand it, they want the fairytale and they had been together a long time but at the end of the day it is still shit to see."
Love Island airs on ITV2, ITVX and STV.
