Man, 21, charged in killing of fellow inmate at Stony Mountain

Prison watchdog says more than a quarter of federal inmates are aboriginal people

A 21-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder after a killing at Stony Mountain Institution in Manitoba.

Clayton Korski, 33, was found dead in a room at the prison around 7 p.m. on Aug. 24.

Korski was serving a life sentence for first-degree murder.

Now, Tommy Raymond Miles has been charged with second-degree murder in Korski's death.

Miles will remain in custody at the institution.
