Man faces manslaughter charge in Fort Worth 3-vehicle crash that killed 1, injured 2

A driver is facing a manslaughter charge in a three-vehicle crash from April that killed one and injured two others, according to Fort Worth police.

Alan Watson, 38, was taken into custody on Monday, Fort Worth jail logs show.

The major accident happened on April 20 at the intersection of South Riverside Drive and East Berry Street.

Three people were taken to a local hospital for medical treatment, where one of them was pronounced dead, according to police. The Tarrant County Medical Examinerā€™s Office identified the man who died as William Cheese, 65, of Fort Worth.
