Marcia Cross, 61, Models Daring Red-Hot Gown for Surprise Runway Appearance at Vetements PFW Show
The actress lit up the catwalk in front of a crowd of stars, including Cher
From Wisteria Lane to Paris Fashion Week fame — Marcia Cross is making moves!
The Desperate Housewives alum, 61, walked the Vetements fall/winter 2024 runway show on Friday and she literally twinkled just as bright as the Eiffel Tower.
Cross commanded the catwalk in a red-hot gown with glove sleeves, a train and sparkly embellishments all over. The dazzling number was styled with cardinal-hued wedge heels and Cross' signature ginger hair, which made for an epic red-on-red-on-red moment.
In a video shared to social media, the actress can be seen holding up the dress' skirt and confidently strutting in the fiery look with her head held high as she fully embraces the spotlight.

The Emmy-nominated actress wasn’t the only star at the show.
Backstage, Cross posed for a photo with Cher, who was recently photographed at Balmain with her boyfriend, Alexander "AE" Edwards. The couple sat front row in their matching blazer-and-jeans looks.
At Vetements, the “Believe” singer, 77, wore a glittery black blazer made of the same material as Cross’ gown and her platinum hair in a beehive updo.
Julia Fox, Willow Smith and J Balvin were also among the celebrity guests who came out to support the label.
Cross' daring runway appearance comes one year after her modeling debut in Farfetch’s spring/summer 2023 campaign. In an interview with Vogue published last March, the TV star said that doing the gig in her 60s meant she “had to put my ego away.”
“Because otherwise all I would have been [thinking] is, I’m not this enough, I’m not that enough, I’m not young enough,” she explained.

“I thought, why do you beat yourself up when everybody’s happy? Just enjoy it! And I really did. I know with modeling you’re supposed to kind of look serious, like sour face. But in my head I was smiling because it was so fun, and I really enjoyed the pretending and acting.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Cross said that she’s reached a stage of "acceptance" with aging. “You just know who you are and aren’t willing to become something else for somebody."
