Marisa Patella Joins Prototype Talent Agency
EXCLUSIVE: Talent agent Marisa Patella has joined Prototype Talent Agency. Formerly with A3, Patella joins Prototype following the recent closure of the agency.
Patella was a fast-rising star at A3 where she began in 2019 as an assistant in the Talent division before being promoted to Coordinator and then Talent Agent. Patella studied Arts Administration at Wagner College and began her career as a casting assistant at Laura Stanczyk Casting, where she focused on Regional Theatre, Off-Broadway and Broadway Productions. Patella is based in New York and will work with the Talent department in film and television but will also help expand the agency’s theater presence.

Patella’s hiring comes just days after Senior Talent Agent Pietra Ingenito joined the agency, as well as the recent hires of talent agents Julian Cohen and Alex Rand-Lewis.
“Marisa is an incredible, young agent who moved up the ranks quickly at her former agency and now we are excited to have her join our team,” Wittenstein said. “She will give us boots on the ground in NYC and gives us additional depth given her experience with theater as well.”
Prototype Talent Agency was founded in December 2022 by Brian Wittenstein. Their roster boasts clients including Italia Ricci (Designated Survivor, The Imperfects), WWE’s “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes (Arrow, Go-Big Show), Piper Curda (May December, Legacies), Anne Winters (The Orville, 13 Reasons Why), RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad), Keith L. Williams (Secret Headquarters, Good Boys), Herizen Guardiola (The Get Down, Dare Me) and Olivia Liang (Kung Fu).
