Meghann Fahy Loves Leo Woodall and Pizza as She Goes Instagram-Official with Her “White Lotus” Costar
The couple have been spotted together various times since meeting on season 2 of the HBO series but had yet to confirm their relationship
Meghann Fahy and Leo Woodall’s love just became all the more official.
After more than a year of speculation about their relationship status, Fahy, 33, posted a photo with Woodall, 27, on Instagram Tuesday that saw the pair walking in Boston with their arms wrapped around each other.
Dressed down in jeans and a Cape Cod sweatshirt, Fahy had her arm around her beau’s waist, while he wrapped his arm around her shoulder in an equally laid back outfit and baseball cap.
She wrote simply “😊🍕💙” in the caption of the cute shot, which quickly racked up likes and saw fans excited at the “hard launch” of the White Lotus costars’ romance.
Both stars have played coy in the past about their relationship status, despite having been photographed sharing some romantic moments together in the two years since they filmed season 2 of the Mike White hit series in Sicily.

In November, they were spotted sharing a kiss under an umbrella on a rainy day in New York City — in true rom-com style. They also got cuddly at the Emmys in January as an adorable shot captured Woodall with his arms around Fahy, who wore his suit jacket as they hit the dance floor. However, Tuesday’s post marks the first confirmation-of-sorts from either of the stars themselves.
In January 2023, Fahy cheekily said, "I don't kiss and tell," when Andy Cohen asked if there was any truth to the rumors of her and Woodall's coupling in real-life, and she insisted they were "friends" after he suggested they could be "friends with benefits."
They've teased their love on social media before, though. In September 2022, Woodall shared a carousel of photos with Fahy and other White Lotus castmates on Instagram, and in one shot, he and Fahy posed for a selfie. "That's amore," he captioned the post, under which Fahy commented "I love you! I love these! I love you! 😘 ♥️ ." He replied, "Love you right back."
The Bold Type star also shared several photos of Woodall in her own post, including a selfie where she held his arm with her hand.
The Instagram official moment comes after Woodall skyrocketed to Netflix heartthrob status in recent weeks thanks to One Day, where he stars as affluent Oxford playboy Dex whose life is turned around — a few times over — after he meets Emma (Ambika Mod) on their last night of college.
He told PEOPLE he found himself “very intrigued” early on by the romantic 14-episode series, which is an adaptation of David Nicholls’ 2009 novel.
"There was definitely a serious responsibility that me and Ambika both felt to tell their stories," he said, as Dex and Emma “already meant so much to fans of the book.”

It’s a starkly different role compared to his turn on The White Lotus, where he had a less-than-appropriate relationship with his “uncle” (Tom Hollander) and sparked up a romance with floundering assistant Portia (Haley Lu Richardson). Fahy, meanwhile, was busy hinting at infidelity — a few times over — as she and her on-screen husband (Theo James) enjoyed an eventful couples getaway with Harper (Aubrey Plaza) and Ethan (Will Sharpe).
“It was one of those shows where, because there were so many characters and so many storylines, there were so many days off,” Woodall told PEOPLE of the star-studded cast’s days off in Sicily two years ago. “A lot of it was kinda just one big holiday.”
Their days were spent “all hanging out as a group,” he said. “I think most people would agree it was one of the best times ever. It was amazing.”
On one particular day, in what he recalls as a “really funny moment,” he and Fahy were joined by F. Murray Abraham at a bar near their hotel and they watched the Grand National — an annual British horse race.
“It's a tradition that you place a bet on a horse. And my horse won, and I was so excited, and Murray thought that I just won a million pounds," he said. "And when I told him that I hadn't put that much money on it, and it was just the glory I like, he was like, ‘What the f---?’ He couldn't believe I was so happy just to win 10 quid.”
Looking back, Woodall said he feels “quite lucky” to have been part of the HBO hit. “I had a really fun role in the show. And the show — it was so lovely that so many people were watching it and loving it. And I was very proud to be a part of that.”
