In a video posted on TikTok by user hopezvyhkn, a woman recorded her own mother’s reaction to seeing her baby granddaughter for the first time.
“When you didn’t tell a soul you went into labor 😍. My mom thinking she was coming to help me with labor but baby girl was already here,” the new mom wrote over the video.
At the start of the clip, the grandmother is seen entering the hospital room with a smile on her face, before pausing at the foot of the bed, where the newborn baby girl is resting on a pillow with a blue bow on her head.
