Camilla's hat was designed by Philip Treacy, one of the most famous milliners in the world. He designed Princess Beatrice's infamous hat for Prince William's 2011 wedding to Kate Middleton, and this year is also responsible for the headwear of Duchess Kate, Oprah, and Priyanka Chopra.
