Ottawa weather forecast brings chilly mornings, warmer days

Ottawa weather forecast calls for continued rain, warmth

Brrrrr, it's a chilly start to the final week of September, but when the sun rises it should be quite a nice week in Ottawa-Gatineau.

Monday's forecast calls for increasing cloudiness with a southeast wind at 20 kilometres per hour in the morning as the high reaches 18 C. There is a moderate UV index of 5.

Tonight, the skies remain cloudy with a few showers in the evening and a pretty mild low of 9 C.

Tuesday should also bring increasing cloudiness with a 40 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon, along with a south wind at 20 kilometres per hour. The high should be 19 C.

So far, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday also bring highs of 19 C, which is pretty great for autumn, along with a mix of sun and cloud each day.
