Passengers Scream And Pray as Horrific Turbulence Hits ALK Airlines' Flight, Viral Video Shows Flight Attendant Crashing Into Roof

Turbulence on flights is a terrifying experience no matter how frequent a flyer you are. While some people handle themselves well through the situation, for most it is the worst experience ever. Passengers on an ALK Airlines's plane going from Pristina, Kosovo, to Basel Switzerland, on Sunday, witnessed one of their worst nightmares come true. A short clip of the incident that is being widely shared on social media shows the seats of the plane shaking vigorously making the passengers terribly worried. A woman can be seen praying as the turbulence continues. IndioGo Mumbai-Allahabad Flight 6E 5987 Encounters Severe Turbulence, Three Crew Members Injured.

One of the scary moments of the video is when a flight attendant and her drink cart hit the ceiling making things spill all over the passengers. People said that they had burns on their body after hot water fell on them from the cart. EuroAirport spokesperson told ABC News that 10 people from the flight were taken to the local hospital because of minor injuries.

There were 121 passengers on board the French-Swiss-German border with when the incident occurred. The turbulence went on for 30 minutes before the plane landed.  The spokesperson added saying, "The pilot alerted handling agents so that the airport firemen were immediately on the scene when the plane arrived." A flight official said that the attendant who can be seen falling in the video is doing fine.
