Pastor: Women who cry out ‘God’ during sex should be jailed

It’s often uncontrollable to scream out certain words during sex but one religious man thinks that using God’s name should be punishable by a jail term.

Dr John Hagee, a senior pastor of the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, USA, believes that calling out ‘God’ during sex is one of the worst sins you can carry out.

And he thinks that “every single woman” that sins in such a way should be sent straight to jail.

He told Newslo: “There is no greater sin in terms of wrongly using God’s name than women who use it during sex.

“That is one of the filthiest, most derogatory and sinful uses of the Lord’s name I can think of.

“If it were up to me, I would put every single woman or girl who does that in jail.”

Justifying the punishment by pointing to sections of the Bible, Dr Hagee added: “In fact, one of the Ten Commandments in the Old Testament states: ‘You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain’ (Exodus 20:7).

“The word vain means for “no reason” or ‘useless’…

“In this world of crimes and deaths that surround us, a simple blasphemy does not get that much attention when it should.

Of course, Dr Hagee’s strict rule would only be enforced if every sinner’s sexual partner told the police whenever they heard God’s name at the critical moment.

Strangely, the pastor didn’t seem to suggest that men should get the same punishment…
