The 57-year-old celebrated her latest title on Instagram with a video of her campaign which features Porizkova in hot pink feathers and blue sequin looks. "I was reminded that I can indeed wear mini skirts and slinky little dresses. And that they can in fact make me feel even more fearless," she wrote.
Porizkova also lent praise to the ready-to-wear brand for introducing a series that recognizes women of all ages. In a press release provided by Karen Miller, the collection is said to celebrate Porizkova for being an "ageless woman who is unapologetically herself no matter her age, size or style."
Following in the footsteps of fellow supermodel Helena Christensen, who previously starred in the brand's ICON Series, Porizkova expressed how proud she is to stand with a brand that recognizes their continued power and success.
"This is where I place MY support, with companies that highlight the women we have become," her caption read. "When a company makes the decision to actually use a woman of middle age as the spokesperson, and not just a token 'old lady' - and whether it’s me or one of my peers, I rejoice."
While Porizkova isn't afraid of using her platform to embrace her beauty, body and fashion at any age, she noted how special it was to be able to celebrate that in a campaign. "It’s been a while since I got to wear bold, fun clothing on camera," she wrote. "Here is to us, incredible mature beautiful women, embracing ourselves and celebrating by being seen in which ever way we chose. Thank you @karen_millen for seeing, celebrating and highlighting our beauty."
Some supporters in the comments wrote that they were left "speechless" by the campaign, while others were quick to share love and respect for Porizkova.
