Police charge man with 2nd degree murder in Saturday's homicide

Saturday's suspicious death ruled homicide

Police have charged a 23-year-old Edmonton man with second-degree murder in relation to Saturday's homicide.

Police were called to an apartment building near 107th Avenue and 116th Street around 8:10 a.m. Saturday, where they discovered a dead Caucasian man believed to be in his 20s.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday afternoon.

The 23-year-old was charged with second-degree murder and possession of a weapon.
