Police Officer Chases Bear Into Nearby Woods at Colorado Resort
Visitors at a resort in Telluride, Colorado, were surprised to see a grizzly bear being chased by a police officer on July 16.
In footage captured by Grace Salzman, Salzman can be heard asking her friends, “Is that Jeff, the hot cop?”
Meanwhile, another person can be heard telling the officer not to use a taser on the animal.
Speaking to Storyful after the incident, Salzman said, “I approached [the police officer] after the scene settled down and he let me know that he did not taser the bear but rather just chased it into the woods.” Credit: Grace Salzman via Storyful
