Preak Weeks offers chance to win Preakness tickets while supporting Baltimore businesses

Customers who support select Baltimore businesses could win tickets to the Preakness. Through May 19, Black Acres Roastery at Open Works in east Baltimore and their location in Lexington Market is just one of two dozen businesses giving away a pair of tickets every day to the Preakness as part of the first-ever Preak Weeks event in partnership with the Maryland Jockey Club. "We set it up so that people can come in, write their name down and they're able to put it in a bowl, and we pick the winner at the end of the day," said Travis Bell, the founder of Black Acres Roastery.
