Has quarterback Aaron Rodgers made a decision? It’s Day 2 of NFL free agency updates

The new NFL league year begins Wednesday at 4 p.m.

That means teams can officially sign new players, but teams could negotiate deals with unrestricted free agents starting Monday.

The negotiating period doesn’t apply to players who were tendered for the 2023 league year, which includes exclusive rights players, restricted free agents, franchise players or transition players.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, a South Florida native, is one of those players that the two-day negotiating period doesn’t apply to as he has a nonexclusive franchise tag and does not have an agent, according to various reports.

There were several moves Monday, but nothing involving Aaron Rodgers. The Jets have shown interest in the Packers quarterback.

So the Rodgers watch continues into Tuesday.
