The ‘Vanderpump Rules’ alum made the offer while she was receiving treatment at a mental health facility on her podcast ‘Rachel Goes Rogue’
Rachel “Raquel” Leviss opened up about the aftermath of her cheating scandal with Tom Sandoval on Tuesday’s episode of her podcast Rachel Goes Rogue
She reveals that she once offered her apartment to her former Vanderpump Rules co-star while she was receiving treatment at a mental health facility
Leviss says she was hoping to give him a temporary place to stay while he navigated his living situation with ex Ariana Madix in their shared L.A. home
She adds that Sandoval immediately responded, “that’s not happening,” to her suggestion
Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is revealing a temporary solution she once suggested to Tom Sandoval amid his complicated living situation with ex Ariana Madix following their split.
During Tuesday’s episode of the Vanderpump Rules alum’s podcast Rachel Goes Roque, Leviss, 29, shares more details of the cheating scandal she was involved in with Sandoval. At the time their affair surfaced in March 2023, Sandoval, 40, had been in a relationship with Madix, 38, for nine years and the two were living together in their shared L.A. home.
In the aftermath of the scandal, Leviss says she temporarily offered her apartment to Sandoval while she was completing treatment at a mental health facility called The Meadows.
"I asked Tom to move out [of his home with Madix]," she says. "I provided an apartment for him to stay at when I was at The Meadows. I asked him to leave the house and find a new place by the time I got back.”
In response to her suggestion, Leviss recalls Sandoval immediately shutting her down and saying, “No, that's not happening.”
Madix and Sandoval continued to live together following their breakup and still co-own their home.
“I don't know what's going on between them because Tom has told me that they're roommates and they're still roommates, even if they weren't quite roommates before, they are now," Leviss explains.
When Sandoval’s claims that he loaned Madix $90,000 and that “he cannot sell their shared home until she pays him back” are mentioned in the episode, Leviss adds that she has “no say in their living situation” and that “their finances are between them.”

Nearly a year after their split, Sandoval and Madix are still navigating the potential sale of the home that they purchased together in 2019. On Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, Madix says it isn’t fair that Sandoval is trying to “buy me out” of the home especially since they both acquired expensive furniture and decor after their remodel in 2021.
The home is located in the Valley Village neighborhood and was purchased by the exes for $2.075 million, according to property records obtained by PEOPLE. It features five bedrooms and five full bathrooms spread out across 4,334 square feet.

As a result of the exes failing to agree on a solution, Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in Jan. 2024 that requested a “partition by sale,” meaning they would sell the house and evenly split the profit.
Sandoval quickly shut down her request and filed his own countersuit in February that argues a partition of their home should not be granted because Madix does not identify a valid “cause of action” and is not acting “reasonably and in good faith.”
