Will the Raiders games be shown on TV in Fresno during the 2023 NFL regular season?

The Las Vegas Raiders’ season opener will be shown on KGPE 47 in Fresno, according to the station’s vice president and general manager.

The Raiders will visit the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High on Sept. 10.

KGPE general manager J.R. Jackson said the Raiders will be shown on their stations (KGPE 47) and (KSEE 24) as long as the games are available.

“We have requested all the Raiders games possible,” Jackson said. “However, CBS and the NFL do have the final say.”

The Raiders have been regulars to viewers on CBS Fresno for many years. That continued when the Raiders moved to Las Vegas in 2020.

Other parts of California that will get the Raiders and Broncos game include Sacramento’s KOVR 13 and San Francisco/Oakland KPIX 5.

Los Angeles, San Diego and Bakersfield will not get the Raiders game. Instead that part of the region will get the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers game, their home market.

The Raiders’ home opener on Sept. 24, a Sunday night game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Allegiant Stadium, will be on KSEE 24.

Some of the Raiders games will be on the Fox network. But it’s unknown if the games will be on KMPH 26 in Fresno because some were not shown last season, with the station instead opting for the Los Angeles Rams.

This story will be updated midweek with the list of channels showing the Raiders-Broncos game.
