  • Reese's is selling Direct from the Factory Peanut Butter Eggs for the first time

  • Previously, the Direct from the Factory line — which delivers the candy to customers' homes "just days after the treats were made" — only included the peanut butter cups

  • The eggs are now in stock for a limited time in a 32 oz. bag for $25

You don’t have to be Willy Wonka to enjoy candy fresh from a chocolate factory.

Reese’s Direct from the Factory Peanut Butter Eggs are available for a limited time and are exactly what the name implies. The chocolate bites are the same recipe as the typical Reese’s egg-shaped treats but instead of going through grocery stores they are “direct from the Reese’s factory to your doorstep,” per a statement from Hershey’s.

Direct from the Factory was previously only offered as the traditional Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

Exactly how direct from the factory are they? After placing an order, Hershey’s Store will give customers a delivery window “just days after the treats were made at the Reese’s Factory,” according to the website. “They’ll be packed fresh and delivered straight to your door.”

Direct from the Factory Peanut Butter Eggs are available in a 32-oz. package (or about 54 individually wrapped eggs) for $25, but only in limited quantities just a few times per year. The short-term and small-batch releases of the candy explains why the website warns fans that the treats "sell out fast every time."

They're exclusively sold online from the Hershey’s Store.
