Robert Pattinson Doesn't “Give a Sh*t” About Suki Waterhouse's Exes

Suki Waterhouse is getting candid about her relationship with Robert Pattinson and, more specifically, how he feels about her exes.
In a recent cover interview with British Vogue, Suki Waterhouse discussed everything from her upcoming album Memoir of a Sparklemuffin to navigating parenthood alongside Robert Pattinson and writing about her past heartbreaks.
At one point in the interview, Waterhouse revealed one of her exes, musician Miles Kane, whom she dated from 2011 to 2013, got in touch to congratulate her on the release of her single “My Fun” earlier this year. She then got asked about how Pattinson feels about her keeping in touch with her past flames using her past experiences to inspire her song writing and Waterhouse did not mince her words.
“He couldn’t really give a sh*t. He’s like, ‘No one’s better than me, so whatever,’” Waterhouse revealed, also adding that Pattinson has “a lot of humor about that kind of stuff.” (ICYMI: Waterhouse also dated actors Bradley Cooper and Diego Luna in the 2010s before she started dating Pattinson in 2018.)

Given that Waterhouse and Pattinson have now welcomed their first baby together and are living an unbothered, happy life in L.A., it’s only natural to wonder where Waterhouse might be pulling inspiration from for her not-so-happy songs these days, and she has the perfect response. “I can get mad for my friends [and] Rob can still get a sh*tty song. You can find things to be pissed about.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Waterhouse also opened up about the genesis of her relationship with Pattinson, revealing they had their meet cute at a “games night” in L.A. around six years ago — which was also attended by Al Pacino, Javier Barden, and Penelope Cruz — where they played Werewolf. (For the K-pop fans, that’s essentially the mafia game.)
Though they didn’t exchange numbers then, their paths crossed again and they connected thanks to their shared “slight uncomfortable-ness.” Waterhouse also admitted that living in L.A. “definitely became a lot more fun” after she met Pattinson, though moving back to London is definitely “at the forefront of [their] minds.”

Waterhouse also revealed she and Pattinson “really planned” having a baby together. “One day we looked at each other and said, ‘Well, this is as ready as we’re going to be,’” she said, and Pattinson supported her all through the birth of their daughter.
“He was there with me, and like all dads, he was really nervous,” she said. “But for someone who’s quite an anxious person, he’s been very calm.” She added that Pattinson is “the dad [she] could have hoped for.” Aww, what a family!
