Sacramento prepares for Supreme Court arguments on criminalizing homelessness

All eyes are on the U.S. Supreme Court as it takes on the homelessness issue Monday morning. The high court justices will listen to arguments stemming from a case out of Grants Pass, Oregon. It could determine whether local governments can fine or arrest unhoused people for camping in public places. Advocates call it the most important Supreme Court case dealing with the homelessness issue in 20 years.
