Jonesing to see an outdoor show that isn’t one of the gazillion country acts scheduled this summer in the Treasure Valley?

Head to Outlaw Field in Boise.

Jazz-influenced singer-songwriter and pianist Norah Jones has been booked to perform Friday, July 26, at the Idaho Botanical Garden’s concert venue. Punky folk act Hurray for the Riff Raff will open.

Tickets to the 7 p.m. show become available to the general public at 10 a.m. March 1 for $65 (plus fees) at Ticketmaster. Garden members will pay $60; their presale starts at 10 a.m. Feb. 27.

Jones exploded onto the music scene in 2002 with her debut studio album, “Come Away With Me.” Selling more than 27 million copies and racking up five Grammy Awards, it solidified her as a musical powerhouse for years to come. A gifted artist with a devastatingly beautiful voice, Jones, 44, has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide and racked up nine Grammys overall. She is the daughter of the late sitar master Ravi Shankar.

Jones made her Idaho debut in 2012 when she performed at Outlaw Field. This year’s return appearance is the fifth concert announced so far at the venue. The others are Andrew Bird and Nickel Creek on July 7, Blues Traveler and JJ Grey & Mofro on July 10, Sierra Ferrell on Aug. 14 and Mt. Joy on Aug. 15.
