Strictly’s Ellie Leach stunned as aunt becomes unexpected star
Strictly Come Dancing star Ellie Leach couldn’t help but laugh after realising her great auntie Marlene has gained her own fanbase by showing off some dance moves.
Taking to Instagram, the former Coronation Street actress shared footage of her aunt stealing the show at the Strictly Live tour.
Waving her walking stick in the air, Marlene could be seen dancing in the audience and entertaining in the crowd.
"Guys I am screaming," Leach wrote, marvelling at the enormous group of people cheering for her relative. "This is my auntie in the crowd on Sunday."

Seemingly filmed during an intermission at the show, the video sees Leach’s great aunt throwing some shapes to Miley Cyrus’s hit track Flowers.
The surrounding crowd can be seen cheering her on and singing along to the music before an announcement says: "Please take your seats the show will recommence in one minute".
"No, I can’t cope!" Leach wrote, alongside a laughing emoji. "Auntie Mal living her best life!"

Fresh off the back of her Strictly win with professional partner Vito Coppola, Leach has been enjoying her time performing in the Strictly Live tour.
However, the show’s nation-wide run hasn’t always gone smoothly as she’s fallen victim to a couple of on-stage accidents in recent weeks.
First Leach was knocked off her feet during a Barbie inspired group number and in a later show she lost her wig during a passionate partner routine.

Thankfully, Leach’s tour calamities haven’t put her off performing on stage for good as she’s since revealed she’ll be starring in a theatre show later this year.
The actress confirmed she’s set to star in the UK tour of Cluedo 2 – The Next Chapter, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the popular Hasbro board game.
She’ll be taking on the role of Miss Scarlett, replacing fellow former Corrie star Helen Flanagan in the play.
Strictly Come Dancing will return later this year on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
