Even non sports fans have likely heard of the Kelce brothers by now. But where do the NFL stars live? Travis Kelce’s home is a $6 million mansion in Leawood, Kansas, while Jason Kelce and his family reside in Pennsylvania. They were raised in Cleveland, Ohio, but both of their real estate investments in adulthood seem to have been informed by their NFL careers.

Jason and Travis are two of the greatest players in modern-day football, and they just so happen to share the same DNA. Jason just retired after 13 years with the Philadelphia Eagles and is a married father of three, while Travis is a record-breaking tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs—and has been dating Taylor Swift since September 2023. In addition to having a handful of Super Bowl wins between the two of them and a chart-topping podcast called New Heights, the two have their fair share of real estate investments. Read on for all you need to know about the Kelce brothers’ homes.

While playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, Jason Kelce purchased a charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Haverford, Pennsylvania in 2018 for $680,000. The single family home was built in 1959 and has original wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, and endless natural light. The football family’s home is nestled far back from the road on one acre of land, complete with a panoramic wraparound deck and in-ground pool. Jason, his wife Kylie, and their three children opened their doors for a mini tour earlier this year when they renovated their playroom with Pottery Barn Kids. The family has recently acquired another piece of land that borders their existing property and plans to expand, according to Delco Today.

Jason’s three-level beach house

Just last summer, Jason increased his real estate holdings when he bought a $2.2 million house in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, a beach town known for its laid-back family-friendly ambiance. The traditional-style home has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and is 2,200 square feet. With two wraparound decks and an abundance of windows and skylights, the home offers endless views of the ocean and sandy shores of neighboring Ludlam Beach.

Travis’s suburban starter home

Before moving into his current digs, Travis lived in a Kansas City neighborhood known as Briarcliff West. In 2019, the NFL star paid $995,000 for a 10,000-square-foot house. The property was built in 1995 and has everything a suburban home should: three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, wine cellar, theater room, and a backyard fit for entertaining. Though he’s since upgraded, it seems that Travis still owns this pad.

Travis Kelce’s most recent property acquisition came right after he was publicly linked to Swift—and therefore needed a bit more privacy. The $6 million mansion is located in the desirable suburb of Leawood, Kansas, which is about a 20 minute drive southwest of Arrowhead Stadium, where the Chiefs play. With 17,000-square-feet and nearly 3.5 acres to sprawl out, the grand estate is nothing short of spacious and secluded. The castle-like stone home was built in 1998 and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus a six car garage, wine cellar, tennis and pickleball courts, a miniature golf course, and a pool that the listing referred to as “Beverly Hills–style,” according to Realtor.
