He was born in Burlington, Wash., and was a longtime Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired supervisor.

He was born in Santa Rosa, Calif., and lived in Benton City for 46 years.

He was a retired welder and pipefitter with Local 342.

Richard William Garretson Jr., 83, of Richland, died June 1 in Richland.

He was born in Brawley, Calif., and lived in Richland for 65 years.

He was a retired carpenter and served in the Army National Guard.

James Edward Perham, 88, of Tri-Cities, died June 3 in Pasco.

He was born in Gloversville, N.Y., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 61 years.

He was a retired Westinghouse manager of the tank farms at the Hanford site.
