Gerald Wayne Neff, 89, of Pasco, died July 1 in Richland.
He was born in Spokane and lived in the Tri-Cities for five years.
He was the retired superintendent of transportation for the city of Othello.
Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
Richard A. Hoops
Richard Allen Hoops, 71, of Kennewick, died June 30 in Kennewick.
He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for nine years.
He was a retired carpenter at Boeing and for other organizations.
Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
