She was born in Finley, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1952.

Carmen Guzman Harter
Carmen Guzman Harter, 65, of Pasco, died March 22 at home.
She was born in Libas, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Phillipines, and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1975.

David Stephen Hillesland, 87, of Pasco, died March 29 in Pasco.
He was born in St. Croix Falls, Wis., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 49 years.
