Travis Lee Shearer, 32, of Pasco, died June 13 in Pasco.

Her was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a construction laborer.

Edmund R. Oster

Edmund Raymond Oster, 93, of Kennewick, died June 11 in Kennewick.

He was born in Anamoose, N.D., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years.

He was a retired bus driver.

Dennis C. Weets

Dennis Carl Weets, 77, of Grandview, died June 15 in Richland.

He was born in Sibely, Iowa, and was a longtime Grandview resident.

He was formerly self-employed in metal fabrication.

Walter R. Bratton

Walter Richard Bratton, 90, of Grandview, died June 14 in Seattle.

He was born in Toponas, Colo., and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

He was retired from the sheriff’s department.

Michael C. Phelps

Michael Charles Phelps, 37, died June 10 in Pasco.

He was born in Louisville, Ken., and it’s unknown how long he’d lived in the Tri-Cities.

Anyone who knew Phelps is asked to call Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, which is handling his arrangements.

Marvin N. Kragt

Marvin Nelson Kragt, 99, of Prosser, died June 15 in Prosser.

He was born in Holland, Mich., and was a longtime Prosser resident.

He was a retired quality control manager in a fruit processing plant.

Pamela Comfort Mangan, 80, of Kennewick, died June 15 in Richland.

She was born in St. Louis, Mo., and lived in the Tri-Cities area since 1973.

She was a homemaker.

Soubanh Phichith, 56, of Kennewick, died June 8 in Richland.

He was born in Champassak, Laos, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 35 years.

He was a forklift operator.

Marianne Louise Esche, 84, of Prosser, died June 15 at Life Care of Kennewick.

She was born in Bristol, S.D., and lived in Kennewick for 17 years.

She was a former agricultural laborer.

Gale Arthur Brandner, 57, of Richland, died June 8 in Richland.
