Two boys, 15 and 17, injured during reported stabbing in Fort Lauderdale, police say

Two boys, 15 and 17, were taken to the hospital after being reportedly stabbed in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, police said.

Around 10:53 a.m., Fort Lauderdale police and paramedics rushed to the 800 block of Southwest 28th Street after a call about a stabbing, Det. Ali Adamson, a police spokeswoman, said in a statement.

The teens were found injured near the Floyd Hull Stadium in the Edgewood neighborhood of the city and taken to Broward Health Medical Center with minor injuries, Adamson said.

The suspect fled, she said.
