A new university lab touts the benefits of forest bathing indoors

The benefits of forest bathing have been studied for a long time.

However, what happens if you don't live near a forest?

Well, a team at the University of British Columbia (UBC) has found a way to bring the forest to you –– by creating an indoor forest therapy lab.
