Vanessa Lachey Says She's 'Not Giving Any Advice' to “Love Is Blind” Alums Who Are Expecting (Exclusive)
The co-host of the hit Netflix show is mom to three kids, sons Camden, 11, and Phoenix, 7, as well as daughter Brooklyn, 9
Vanessa Lachey doesn't have any words of wisdom for Love Is Blind contestants who are expecting.
The NCIS: Hawaii star, 43, spoke with PEOPLE ahead of the season 6 reunion and shared that she doesn't have any pieces of advice for the alumni who have become pregnant since being on the show. Vanessa shares her three kids — sons Camden and Phoenix, as well as daughter Brooklyn — with husband Nick Lachey, 50.
"Oh no, I'm not giving any advice," Vanessa tells PEOPLE. "I'm still figuring it out. You know, I'm still learning how to mom. My kids are 7, 9, and 11, and I love when I get the texts from the cast, or the DMs."
"We've all slipped into everyone's DMs and we get to communicate, and I'm just happy for all the alumni. That's crazy."
Speaking about how the show brought back past stars for the season 6 reunion, Vanessa says it was "really beautiful to bring the family back together."

In the same interview, Vanessa touched on whether or not she'd let her three kids join social media anytime soon.
"I actually signed a pact when I was on the mainland with the school that we wouldn't let our kids have phones until they were in sixth grade," Vanessa told PEOPLE. Since attending this school, Vanessa and her family have moved to Hawaii, where the actress films NCIS. "I've since left that school, but I still believe in that."
Noting that the situation might be different for her kids since she and her husband are often on television, the mom of three adds that they don't normally let their kids see them on the screen.
"No, they don't watch our shows. They do watch NCIS: Hawaii because they know so much about [it]. And I actually come home, if I'm cut, I'll come home with the wound so they can touch it," Vanessa said. "They pulled off the scar so they can see, 'This is fake, Mommy's fake. This isn't blood, this is fake. It's a movie.'"
"So for that, I'm grateful that they can watch it, but I don't think that they've ever seen anything else we've done."
In January, Vanessa and Nick shared an adorable series of photos on Instagram as they celebrated their daughter Brooklyn's 9th birthday. In the series, Brooklyn smiled as she wore birthday crown in a shot from her first birthday.
In other photos, the newly minted 9-year-old held up her hands in a heart and posed by the water at sunset.
"Brooklyn Elisabeth Lachey, from 1 to 9 in the blink of an eye. Happy Birthday to our Baby Girl. ❤️," the couple wrote in their joint caption.
