Dallas City Employees Rescue Co-Worker From Lake

Two City of Dallas workers rescued a fellow employee from White Rock Lake shortly after 8 am on November 11, after discovering his partially submerged truck. According to Dallas City Hall, the man was concious inside the vehicle but unable to move, having suffered a medical emergency.
