Force of Nature: Avalanche Pours Down Mountain in Austria

Sonja Griesser, who lives in the beautiful Austrian mountainous region of Langenfeld, was shoveling snow with her father at her house on January 14 when she heard an alarming noise.

She turned to see an avalanche coming down the mountain. Griesser acted quickly and captured this amazing footage as the white cloud pushed its way through the trees.
