Winter Storm Treats Vancouver to a Rare White Christmas

A winter storm brought a rare snowy Christmas to Vancouver, British Columbia, on December 25.

Snowfall of up to 15 centimeters was expected in Metro Vancouver on Christmas Day as an unstable airmass and frigid arctic outflow winds combined to bring a chilly wintry scene, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

It was the Canadian city’s fourth White Christmas in the past quarter-century, Daily Hive reported.
