Polls close at noon Wednesday. Read about all the candidates and their accomplishments below.

You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. This is not meant to be scientific.

Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

GIRLS SOCCER

Belle Wright, Centennial: Found the back of the net three times in two crucial games for the Patriots. She scored once in a 1-1 draw with Rocky Mountain, then added two goals in a 4-4 draw with Timberline.

Naomi Hilbig, Eagle: Scored the game-winning goal on a header in a 2-0 victory against Rocky Mountain.

Dakota Powers, Ridgevue: Scored twice in a 10-2 win at Emmett.

Ashlyn Sandow, Timberline: Recorded four goals and four assists as the Wolves went 2-0-2 for the week.

Marisol Stosich, Boise: Recorded a hat trick in an 8-0 rout of Capital.

Kenzie Hill, Bishop Kelly: Buried three goals in a 6-4 win at Vallivue, the Knights’ top contender in the 4A SIC.

Elsie Wyatt, Middleton: Scored twice and added two assists in a 5-2 victory at Vallivue.

Baylee Rawlinson, Fruitland: Recorded a hat trick and added an assist in a 8-1 win vs. Nampa.

BOYS SOCCER

Nathan Gamette, Owyhee: Netted a hat trick in a 4-0 win against Kuna, including a 30-yard blast into the upper right corner.

Zach Taylor, Timberline: Finished the week with six goals and two assists as the Wolves went 4-0-0. He scored all four goals in a 4-0 win at Capital.

Isaac Alford, Borah: The sophomore had two goals and three assists in a draw against Boise and a 5-1 win vs. Skyview.

Baraka Dayi, Boise: Poured in six goals and one assist to lead the Brave to a 3-0-1 record last week.

Rylan McPhearson, Rocky Mountain: Racked up three goals and an assist in a 6-0 rout of Eagle.

Tyson Hughes, Ambrose: Found the back of the net four times in a 4-2 win against Weiser.
