Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Trinity Holsinger, Cole Valley Christian: Averaged 19.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists while shooting 61% from the floor in wins over Fruitland, Parma and McCall-Donnelly.

Olivia Asumendi, Homedale: Averaged 10 points and 8.3 rebounds in three games for the Trojans.

Abby Howerton, Horseshoe Bend: Recorded a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds while only playing three quarters in a 33-11 win over Treasure Valley Classical Academy.

Zavier Lake, New Plymouth: Averaged 24 points, four assists and two steals as the Pilgrims split with Homedale and Fruitland.

Avery Howell, Boise: Posted 16.8 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game to lead the Brave to a 3-1 record.

Kendrie Judd, Mountain View: Sank 7-of-9 3-pointers and scored 29 points in a 60-57 win vs. Post Falls.

Rhianna Iveson, Council: Scored 28 points and swiped eight steals in a 58-20, season-opening victory against Victory Charter.

Brooklyn Dayley, Melba: Averaged 17.5 points and 7.5 assists in wins over Columbia and Parma.

Cate Perrigo, Ambrose: Fell just shy of a triple-double with 14 points, nine rebounds and eight steals in a 47-16 win vs. Wilder.

Lexi Moore, Timberline: Posted a double-double of 10 points and 13 rebounds in a 54-35 win against Capital.
