You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. It is not meant to be scientific.
Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

BOYS TRACK AND FIELD
Seth Nelson, Boise: Broke the all-class state meet record in the pole vault twice, establishing a new record of 16 feet, 8 inches.
Tyler Sainsbury, Rocky Mountain: Racked up first-place finishes in the 800 meters (1:52.82) and the 1,600 (4:09.37), and helped lead the Grizzlies’ 4x800 relay (7:48.22) to a gold medal. He also was second in the 3,200 (9:12.78).
Jacob Webster, Centennial: Finished first in the 5A 200 (21.67), led the Patriots to a gold medal in the 4x100 (41.88) and took home second in the 100 (10.76).
Victor Byaundaombe, Capital: Broke out for the 5A triple jump state title at 47 feet, 11.75 inches, the best jump in all of Idaho this spring.
Ethan Hammer, Columbia: Set a new 4A pole vault record, clearing 15 feet, 7 inches for a state championship.
Cam Davis, Bishop Kelly: Won 4A state titles in the long jump (23-3) and high jump (6-4) to lead the Knights to another team championship.
Augustas Haynes, Ridgevue: Continued his season-long domination in the hurdles, bringing home 4A state titles in 110 (14.37) and 300 hurdles (38.18).
Brayden Walker, Weiser: Won the 300 hurdles (39.65) and led Weiser’s 4x400 relay (3:28.93) to the top of the podium.
Braden Ankeny, Marsing: Swept the 100 (11.25), 200 (22.33) and 400 (49.51) titles at the 2A state meet.
McKoy Richardson, Melba: Ran the fastest 300 hurdles in all of Idaho this season (37.76) for the 2A state title.

GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD
Allie Bruce, Boise: Finished first in the 1,600 (4:55.87) and led Boise’s 4x800 relay (9:15.21) to a state title. She was also third in the 800 and fifth in the 3,200.
Ashlyn Sandow, Timberline: Repeated as the 5A state triple jump champ at 37 feet, 5.75 inches, more than a foot past the second-place finisher.
Tatum Richards, Emmett: Captured her third straight 4A state title in the pole vault, clearing 11-6 to win the event.
Adeline Wimer, Columbia: Blew away the competition for a 4A state championship in the 400 (56.67 seconds). She finished more than 10 meters ahead of second place for the best time in Idaho this season.
Kaylee Wuest, Ridgevue: Added a 4A state title in the discus to her resume with a throw of 120 feet, 6 inches.
Lydia Lindsey, Fruitland: Brought home four gold medals from the 3A state meet, winning the 100 (12.76), 200 (26.01) and long jump (17-4.5) individual events. She also led Fruitland to gold in the 4x100 relay (49.55).
Kailee Lerew, Weiser: Finished first in the 400 (59.36) at the 3A state meet and led the Wolverines’ 4x400 relay (4:07.91) to another win.
Olyvia Denison, Payette: The freshman made a splash at her first 3A state meet, finishing first in the triple jump at 37-6.
Meya Young, Melba: Wrapped up her high school career with four state titles. She earned individual titles in the 100 (12.59) and long jump (18-7.25), and her long jump was the best mark in Idaho this year. She also led the Mustangs’ 4x100 (49.55) and 4x200 relays (1:44.79) to first-place finishes.
Anna Dixon, Greenleaf: Won the 800 (2:15.33) and 1,600 (5:20.20) state titles at the 1A state meet.
