Want to hang out with the Fonz in Folsom? Here’s when and where

Emmy Award-winning actor and author Henry Winkler will make a stop in the Sacramento area in 2024.

Known for starring in hit TV show “Happy Days” as Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli, Winkler will speak at the Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom on March 15, according to the center’s website.

Winkler released his latest autobiography, titled “Henry Winkler: From Fonz to Henry,” in October.

“Henry Winkler will celebrate 50 years of success in Hollywood this year,” the Harris Center said.

Most recently, Winkler starred in the HBO series “Barry,” as acting teacher Gene Cousineau. Winkler received an Emmy for the role in 2018 and a Critics Choice Award in 2023.

In addition to his work as an actor, producer and director, Winkler is the bestselling co-author of the children’s book series “Here’s Hank” and “Hank Zipzer: The World’s Greatest Underachiever,” both published by Penguin Random House.

Both series follow the title character’s adventures with learning differences, inspired by Winkler’s childhood struggles with dyslexia.

Winkler has also written a handful of memoirs.
