Want to own Larsa Pippen’s bachelorette pad? She’s selling her downtown Miami penthouse

Larsa Pippen’s penthouse is hitting the market.

The first apartment that “The Real Housewives of Miami” star moved into on her own since her divorce from Scottie Pippen is for sale, TMZ first reported.

The 49-year-old jewelry designer snatched up this plush condo in September 2022 for $3.375 million. It’s located at the Paramount Miami World Center, whose many amenities include a resort style pool with bungalows; a dog park, soccer field and tennis courts; gym with boxing studio; and skydeck with lounge.

Like everyone else in the Sunshine State since the pandemic, Pippen wants to make a tidy profit. The Bravolebrity is asking $4.19 million for the 3,312 square foot, four bedroom, five bathroom unit, which makes frequent appearances on her Instagram feed.

When the mother of four first appeared on “RHOM” back when it started up in February 2011, she was still married to the NBA superstar, living in a waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale.

These days, she’s hot and heavy with sneaker entrepreneur Marcus Jordan, whose father Michael Jordan famously played with her ex for the Chicago Bulls back in the day.

Real estate sources tell TMZ that Pippen and the younger Jordan, 33, are currently house hunting.
