-

Starting today, Tecumseh Road East will be reduced to one lane in each direction from Howard to Hall for road & water main rehabilitation. Work is expected to wrap up by the end of September. If you take Transit Windsor's 1C route, please note that buses will NOT be stopping on Tecumseh Road in this area.

At the Tecumseh/Lakeshore Border:

- Construction at the intersection of County Road 22 and County Road 19 (Manning Road) begins today. According to County Transportation Director Tom Bateman,

"We are not expecting big interference with traffic or the lane closures early on in this stage...for the first week or so, we're going to just have a presence on site as they start doing some work offline and not really encroaching into the travel lanes. But as the project advances, we'll start to see more impact."

Work is expected to wrap up by November.
