Winnipeg police search for missing 51-year-old woman

Winnipeg police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 51-year-old woman.

Helena Schwab was last seen Tuesday morning in the Elmwood area.

Police said they are concerned for her well-being.

Schwab is five-foot-six-inches tall with a large build and short, dyed-red hair. She was last seen wearing a long black coat, beige pants and turquoise Sketchers-brand runners.

Police said Schwab may be driving a 2010 Silver Toyota Yaris with the Manitoba plate HLK 255.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
