Ludwick’s death made news around the world. In 2017 he publicly claimed that he had been involved in trying to cover up evidence in the case of the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway. Ludwick claimed that the prime suspect, Joran Van der Sloot, had paid him to dispose of Holloway’s remains in 2010.

“It was always a different story,” claims Emily, who says that after knowing him just a couple of months, Ludwick began telling her various accounts of the teenager’s fate.

In a daytime exclusive airing Monday, Dr. Phil sits down with Emily to discuss what she says Ludwick told her about his friendship with Van der Sloot. Does she say he claimed to know the whereabouts of Natalee Holloway’s remains?
