Baby crawls for the first time, gets affirmation from family dog

This baby girl from Atlanta, Ga., was very determined to crawl to the family pet. Without breaking eye contact with the black lab named Savannah, little Harper squealed as she slowly inched toward the dog.

"Our little girl crawls for the first time on video but what happened next melted our hearts," Don Swift, Harper’s father, wrote on YouTube.

Patient Savannah waited for Harper to get close, then she reached out to the baby and kissed her.

"Labs are the best family dog ever!" Swift added.
