Cameron Diaz and Keanu Reeves Spotted on the Set of Their New Comedy Movie “Outcome ”in L.A.

Jonah Hill is directing 'Outcome,' which marks Cameron Diaz's second movie since her return to acting

Production on Outcome is officially underway.

Photos from the set of the dark comedy, which will mark Cameron Diaz's second film since her return to acting, dropped on Wednesday, May 8, showing several stars at work in Los Angeles.

Alongside Diaz, 51, Keanu Reeves and Matt Bomer could all be seen on the set of the movie, which is also directed by Jonah Hill.

Outcome stars Reeves, 59, as a man named Reef, described as "a damaged Hollywood star who must dive into the dark depths of his past to confront his demons and make amends after he is extorted with a mysterious video clip from his past.”

The movie is Diaz and Reeves' second together, after the duo first costarred in 1996's Feeling Minnesota. The latter is a comedy about a pair of lovers who run away together after meeting at Diaz's character's wedding to Reeves' character's brother.

According to Outcome's cast list on IMDb, it also stars Kaia Gerber, David Spade, Laverne Cox, Susan Lucci and more.

Outcome is Hill's first project since he cowrote and starred in You People (2023). The star, 40, made his directorial debut with 2019's Mid90s, and also released the documentary Stutz in 2022.

For Diaz, the film will mark a continuation of her return to acting following a hiatus that began after she played the role of Miss Hannigan in 2014's Annie.

After that film, Diaz stepped away to focus on her family with husband Benji Madden and their daughter Raddix, 4, as well as to start her Avaline wine company. The couple have since welcomed a second child: son Cardinal, whose birth Diaz and Madden, 45, announced in March.

Outcome comes after Diaz finished filming her return to movies: the upcoming Back in Action, which costars Jamie Foxx and Glenn Close.

Diaz and Foxx, 56, were seen filming Back in Action in Atlanta as recently as January, with Netflix teasing on Feb. 1 that the movie will drop later this year.
