April 29 (UPI) -- A trio of stars from the British dramedy, Cold Feet, are to appear in the new season of ITV's DNA Journey docuseries.

Former cast mates James Nesbitt, Fay Ripley and Hermione Norris are among the stars who will appear on the show to learn "where they come from and unearth secrets from their past, in a life-changing and emotional voyage of discovery that takes us from Canada to London, France to Jamaica," according to the British broadcaster.

Ricky Tomlinson, Sue Johnston, Jo Brand, Julian Clary, Sam Thompson, Marvin Humes, Sarah Parish, John Simm and Philip Glenister will also dig into their ancestry this season.

"DNA Journey is an extraordinary series that offers a unique glimpse into the lives of so many brilliant celebrities," ITV's Louise Major said in a statement Monday.

"It is a privilege to be granted intimate access to their personal journeys and to share their experiences with the audience. This series is packed with life-changing revelations and gratifying discoveries that are sure to touch everyone's hearts."
