Free career expo for NC state jobs
A State of North Carolina Career Expo will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 4 in the McKimmon Center on Raleigh’s Gorman Street.
The event is free to all attendees, offering the opportunity to speak one-on-one with state recruiters for a variety of state agencies, including North Carolina universities.
Half-hour information sessions will run throughout the day, featuring the following agencies and trainings:
The Department of Transportation at 10:15 a.m.
The Department of Health and Human Services at 10:55 a.m.
The Department of Public Safety at 11:35 a.m.
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke at 12:15 p.m.
How to apply for state jobs at 1 p.m.
The Department of Adult Correction at 1:35 p.m.
The Office of State Budget and Management at 2:15 p.m.
