Dua Lipa Wore a Super Low-Rise Skirt with Hip Jewels to the 2024 Met Gala — See Photos

Dua Lipa surely knows how to make the most of her time in NYC. Fresh off the release of her new album, Radical Optimism, the star took on double duty at SNL and is now wrapping it all up at the Met Gala.

On May 6, Dua Lipa arrived at the Met Gala 2024 red carpet wearing a black and white corset with an ultra-low rise skirt by Marc Jacobs. The look featured a feather boa, sheer opera gloves and crystal hip chains. For glam, she kept it simple with long waves.

This marks the third time Dua Lipa has attended the Met Gala. She made her debut in 2019 with her then-boyfriend Isaac Carew. For the occasion, she rocked a larger-than-life hairdo and a super colorful gown by Versace — she and Donatella are besties, after all — that perfectly fit the campy dress code.

Dua Lipa's sophomore Met Gala was just last year when she served as a co-chair for the event. The star arrived at the red carpet looking like a real-life princess wearing a vintage 1992 Chanel corset gown and a 100-carat diamond necklace. It was a simple but elevated but simple outfit formula that proved more than effective.

Dua Lipa had previously skipped the Met Gala in 2021 and 2022 because of work obligations, but luckily for us, the fashion stars aligned this year, and she got to attend even while in the middle of promotions.
